Saving pets takes money, and without life-saving funds, thousands of homeless animals face euthanasia. There are many different ways to fight this battle, from Trap-and-Release programs to surrender prevention, and once a year they all compete in the Found Animals Saving Pets Challenge, a competition where everyone wins.
Petcube is excited to be sponsoring the fifth and final week of Found Animals Saving Pets Challenge. This is a massive fundraising competition where shelters, clinics, and rescue groups from around the country are compete to win cash grants for local programs that take the underlying causes of shelter euthanasia.
Each organization accepted into the challenge has its own fundraising page and rallies supporters to donate to their cause. They have five weeks to raise the most money!
Nonprofit organizations that raise at least $200 online this week will get entered to win one of three Petcube Cameras. Every donor that pledges at least $25 online will get entered to win one of two Petcube Cameras. Every additional $25 donated will earn one additional entry to win.
Additional cash grants to the top overall fundraising organizations will be awarded by Found Animals for the top five fundraisers and weekly bonus challenges are also being held. $120,000 is up for grabs this week.
Last year, over 300 organizations participated in the challenge and raised $1.8 million for programs that help pets. The contest is running now until Thursday, August 4th at 1:59:59pm ET. Please support the Found Animals Saving Pets Challenge.
