Operations coordinator (A/L/L)

We are looking to find an energetic person with a passion to work on a global scale. As a part of operations team, you'll be dealing with various tasks aimed to ensure smooth business activities and compliance. It will be expected that you introduce continuous improvements to each of the processes that constitute your area of responsibility.

OPS in Petcube covers a wide range of projects and activities to support business operations and growth, and you're expected to participate in all this drive as a reliable team member.

Responsibilities

Handling various operations/administrative routine (from purchases to logistics).
Keep legal, IP, privacy policy matters of the company in order and under full control, most of which relate to the US legislation;
Maintaining clear and complete documents workflow
Facilitate and help teams to close gaps on the cross-departmental level;
Managing certification processes over all Petcube product portfolio
Introduce ongoing improvements to the above.

Please note, this is not an in-house lawyer position. Legal activities (entry-level) are only a part of responsibilities, along with logistics and administrative support to business. The position is good for starting a career and focusing on development of your strengths.

Requirements

0.5+ years of working experience;
Demonstrated ability for research and analysis, quick learner. Passion to dive into a new area of knowledge;
Attentiveness. Being accurate with your deliveries and actions.
Easy with numbers. Experience with spreadsheets is a plus.
Willingness to continuously improve own and company's efficiency is a must.
Good teamwork and communications skills;
Strong conversational and written English (upper-intermediate at least);
An attitude of getting things done. Strive for results but not excuses.
Analytical thinking. Able to see the root cause, connect facts into conclusions.
You must love pets.
