We’re looking to hire a talented Project Coordinator to join our growing Engineering team. The right candidate is skilled project management, resourcing planning and communications.
What you will do in a role like this:
- Coordinate PIP (Program Increment Planning) process;
- Ensure the PIP preparation ceremonies;
- Organize the materials preparation;
- Ensure all stakeholders are on track with planning;
- Monitor and report overall progress of PI;
- Track Engineering Team velocity and capacity;
- Create and maintain delivery process relevant documentation;
- Ensure that used project management methods and processes are in line with Agile methodologies and tool-sets and maintained throughout the delivery life-cycle;
- Maintain and monitor Feature Lifecycle flow;
- Improve projects status transparency (Jira/BigPicture);
- Configure Jira and BigPicture to reflect the current status of the projects, plans, team load and availability
Skills we look for:
- Highly Developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly-organized and detail-oriented;
- Project management methodologies, Agile principles and values, Scrum framework knowledge;
- Jira knowledge;
- Good analytical skills;
- Ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships with peers & stakeholders;
- Getting things done English - upper intermediate (spoken and written);
- Proactive;
- Energetic and motivated contributor;
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities;
- Willing to learn new skills.
