We’re hiring an entrepreneurial Product Director, Growth Marketing based in our San Francisco office. This person will aggressively drive our website eCommerce growth and user acquisition strategies to scale our direct-to-consumer business in North America and in international markets. Working with a cross-functional team of marketers, analyst, engineers, and designers, you will have autonomy and resources to drive rapid innovation and experimentation. You are well versed in conversion-optimization, driving sales, engagement and retention across our website, app, and software services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the website eCommerce traffic, growth, and conversion
  • Drive the product vision, roadmap and strategy for your cross-functional team
  • Be a leader. Orchestrate the work of a cross-functional team of marketers, engineers, designers to build the best-in-class experience for driving traffic, engagement, and revenue
  • Partner with an analyst and other product managers from across the organization to identify and drive growth building initiatives across our suite of products and services
  • Define key success metrics and leverage data to make decisions and iterate quickly
  • Concept, develop and execute eCommerce and growth experiments on a daily and weekly basis
  • Research and communicate best practices and analyze the competition all the time
  • Leverage eCommerce and product data to understand our products and services in depth, identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive growth and engagement

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics
  • 5+ years in managing e-commerce and consumer hardware products and software services
  • Track record of building successful web e-commerce products and growth initiatives
  • Well versed in SCRUM, implementing the process for developers and CFT
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Technical understanding of the features you propose to build and how to manage developers
  • Well accustomed to data-driven, experimentation approaches in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for learning
  • Use tools like Hadoop/Hive, Oracle, ETL, R, PHP, Python, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other internal tools to work efficiently at scale
