Junior Email Marketing Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a curious, pet‑obsessed Junior Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!

Role & Responsibilities

• Launch lifecycle & promo campaigns – own the end‑to‑end set‑up of all emails and flows in Mailchimp, from choosing the right template to scheduling the send.
• Segmentation & list hygiene – pull targeted audiences and apply our sunset rules for unengaged contacts.
• Performance reporting & insights – analyze weekly performance, tweak flows, and obsess over open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
• Dream up engaging content ideas and write email briefs that designers love to work on.
• Test subject lines, CTAs, formats, and test again. Keep us compliant (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, best practices).
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team (Brand, Product, Support, and beyond).

Key Requirements

• 6+ months of practical email or CRM experience— freelance projects, side hustles all count.
• Sharp copywriting skills in English (B2 level or higher).
• Comfortable in at least one ESP (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, etc.) and excited to master more.
• Comfortable analyzing metrics and translating them into action.
• The obvious one: you love pets 🐕🐈
