Customer Support Engineer

We are looking to hire young and fun people, fluent in English with no or minimal accent who have clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively solve customer requests via phone & email
• Monitor and respond to feedback on Social Media
• Maintain professionalism for support when owning customer interactions
• Take responsibility for working your cases
• Identify, document and follow up with engineers on product bugs and features
• Identify trends in customer requests and suggest improvements to processes and products
• Collaborate with members of other teams
