Petcube Camera goes offline / network connectivity issue

Please note some cases of connectivity issues may be caused by poor Wi-Fi signal strength in your home, which depends on the distance to the router and obstacles in the way from the camera to the router, such as walls or radio frequency interferences, i.e. cordless phones, microwaves, etc. To investigate the cause of the problem, please contact our support team at support@petcube.com or 1-844-747-2823 (toll-free within US and Canada).
