Stuck on software update screen

If your Petcube Camera is stuck on the software update screen for more than 4 hours and doesn't switch to white LED mode (online) it may indicate that the device will need to be updated manually.
Please contact our Customer Care Service at support@petcube.com, noting the LED color on the Petcube, your username in the Petcube application and the serial number of your Petcube Camera which is located on the package sleeve. We will get back to you in the shortest time.
