Marketing / E-Commerce Manager
Ukraine (remote) ● full-time
We are looking to hire a passionate goal-oriented Marketing / E-Commerce Manager to join our team, establish responsible ownership of petcube.com and effectively drive our sales online.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance;
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for key metrics improvements;
- Upkeep a feature development log, coordinate the engineering team;
- Manage promotional campaigns;
- Refine and scale the affiliates program;
- Execute SEO and backlinking programs;
- Run analytics and transparent reporting.
You will be reporting directly to Andrey Klen, Petcube’s CMO and co-founder.
Requirements
- 2+ years of managerial experience (Affiliate, SEO, Growth) and/or E-Commerce Manager for a B2C company;
- Proficient command of Google Analytics and Google Sheets is a must;
- Experience with JIRA preferred;
- Fluent English (C1+), great communication skills;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Attention to detail.
