Cleaning recommendations for Petcube Bites devices

With time and use of your Petcube Bites device, treat crumbs will start to accumulate inside the container, and it is important to clean the container and hopper wheel to prevent motor damage.

The detachable treat container is dishwasher safe on lower temperature/delicate cleaning settings (up to 130’F), or you can wash it by hand. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the container, only liquid detergents and soft sponges.

To detach the treat container, push the side release buttons and pull up and away from the base. The hopper wheel and treat dispensing mechanism under the container can also be easily cleaned with a soft brush. Gently brush all the crumbs from the hopper wheel while holding Petcube Bites upside down.
