AI Chat is an in-app assistant that can answer health, behavior, and general pet care questions.

It uses information from your pet’s profile to help provide answers that are more tailored to your pet. You can ask questions about things like:

• nutrition and feeding,
• behavior and training,
• common symptoms,
• grooming and hygiene,
• activity and lifestyle.

The AI provides instant answers to help you better understand your pet’s needs.

How do I start an AI chat?

• Open your pet’s profile in the app.
• Tap Ask Anything on the home screen.
• Make sure AI is selected.
• Type your question and send it. You will receive a response instantly.

Can AI diagnose my pet?

No. The AI assistant cannot diagnose illnesses or replace professional veterinary care. It is designed to provide general information and guidance only. If your pet shows concerning symptoms, you should contact a veterinarian.

Switch to “Vet” at the top of the chat to talk to a licensed veterinarian.
