Are the treats compatible with Petcube devices?

The treats were designed to be used with Petcubes. We extensively tested compatibility of POPs with the Bites series of cameras. They don’t jam inside the dispenser and do not clog devices.

You can use medium and large inserts to dispense POPs treats, or take inserts out. Your Bites device will dispense 1-3 treats with medium insert, 3-6 with the large one or without any insert.

Landing distance depends on the treat gates size and on the fling distance you select. It may vary within 1 ft (30 cm) for each dispensing attempt.

No insert: 4.4 ft (135 cm) for a close shot, 6.3 ft (193 cm) for a medium and 11.3 ft (345 cm) for a long ones.

Medium insert: 5.4 ft (167 cm) for a close, 10.1 ft (308 cm) for a medium and 13.6 ft (417 cm) for a long shot.

Large insert: 6.3 ft (193 cm) for a close, 9.3 ft (285 cm) for a medium and 14 ft (428 cm) for a long shot.
