The water flow does not start even though there is movement

Only the initial 30 motion detections after a water tank is installed on the base will trigger the water flow. Subsequently, motion-triggered water flow will have a 6-minute cooldown period between operations. If needed, the cooldown period can be reset by lifting the water tank and then placing it back onto the base.
