Junior+ SEO Specialist

We are looking to hire a skilled Junior+ SEO Manager to join our e-commerce team to drive our organic growth with a focus on non-branded traffic and to define SEO growth metrics, communicate performance insights, and implement customer-driven content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for website optimization.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may affect search engine rankings, such as crawling errors, broken links, and site speed.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure the production of high-quality, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO goals.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
• Stay informed about competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement and growth, including competitor ad link analysis and link-building strategies.

You will be reporting directly to the E-Commerce Director.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in the international market (USA + EU).
• Proven experience in SEO and SEM, with a track record of success.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, a collaboration between PPC and SEO; CRO, and SEO a/b tests.
• Extensive experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Search Console.
• Ability to process large amounts of data in Excel or Google spreadsheets using basic formulas.
• English (B2+).
