Customer Support Specialist
We are looking to hire young and fun people, fluent in English with no or minimal accent who have clear communication skills.
Shift:
7 pm - 4 am, GMT
Responsibilities:
- Effectively address customer inquiries via chat & email
- Monitor and respond to feedback on social media
- Maintain professionalism when owning customer interactions
- Take responsibility for your work
- Identify, document, and follow up with engineers on product bugs and features
- Identify trends in customer requests and suggest improvements to processes and products
- Collaborate with members of other teams
Requirements:
