How will a vet clinic receive a payment covered by Emergency Fund?

Emergency Fund by Petcube isn't a typical pet insurance product, and we operate a little differently. $3,000 Emergency Fund is included in each monthly membership for life-threatening emergencies involving domestic cats and dogs. We provide a direct payment to the clinic in the event of a covered emergency. Our Administrative Team processes these payments over the phone.

We strive to provide payment, up to the emergency fund maximum, in the time it takes the clinic to finish the emergency treatment. Despite the fact that we don't have a deductible or copay, Emergency Fund by Petcube requires members to make any deposits necessary up front. Once the final invoice is prepared, our Administrative Team will remit payment, including the initial deposit (if applicable).

To verify the Emergency Fund has been activated and payment will be remitted at the time of discharge, please contact our Administrative Team at +1-833-351-8987 with the pet owner's first and last name as well as their pet's name.

Once the final invoice is available, please email a copy of that invoice to and call +1-833-351-8987 to process payment.
