SEO Specialist

We are looking to hire a skilled SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team and gradually improve our search positions and increase organic and branded traffic.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and link-building strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for website optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may affect search engine rankings, such as crawling errors, broken links, and site speed.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure the production of high-quality, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO goals.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
- Stay informed about competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement and growth, including competitor ad link analysis and link-building strategies.
You will be reporting directly to the E-Commerce Director
Requirements - Proven experience in SEO and SEM, with a track record of success.
- Solid understanding of effective marketing, optimizing conversions, and acquiring customers online.
- Extensive experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Search Console.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and how they impact SEO.
- Fluent in English and great communication skills.
