Affiliate marketing manager

We seek to establish a fruitful collaboration with a skilled Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and increase Petcube’s partnership network.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and evaluating websites for high-quality affiliate partnership opportunities across Petcube products Contacting and pitching affiliate partnership options including link placements to prospective partners.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and increased performance Identifying and negotiating new strategic partnerships to grow Petcube’s affiliate program.
• Developing the commission structure for affiliates based on performance and strategic goals.
• Signing contracts with new affiliate partners to ensure all terms are clearly defined.
• Executing and optimizing various affiliate partnerships while staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in affiliate marketing.
• Developing, tracking, and analyzing the performance of the affiliate marketing program with clear and transparent reporting.
• Providing direct updates to the Growth Marketing Lead

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with affiliate management.
• Experience working with the US or Western markets Strong knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, Semrush etc.
• At least upper-intermediate English level, excellent communication skills.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance metrics and optimize campaigns effectively.
• Experience with affiliate networks (such as ShareASale, CJ, and Rakuten) will be a plus.
