Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Petcube Team as the Email Marketing Specialist.

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement strategies to drive email marketing channel growth, increase sales, and spread awareness of the Petcube brand.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy.
Manage and optimize email marketing tools, primarily focusing on Mailchimp and Sendgrid.
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Create engaging creative briefs for the design team, write strong copy, and come up with ideas for visually appealing content for email campaigns.
Research email marketing trends, generate ideas, conduct continuous A/B tests, and experiment with various types of content.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, design, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Contribute to the company's growth plans by leveraging email marketing as a vital channel.

Direct reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager

Key Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on DTC e-commerce and a track record of successful campaigns and projects.
Extensive experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Figma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong copywriting skills in English (C1 level) with the ability to create compelling content.
Must love pets!

Will be a plus:

Experience with HTML.
Solid understanding of marketing frameworks to retain, activate, and engage users.
Background in tech/pet niche.
Understanding of the US trends/market/customer mentality.
