Project Manager

In this role, you will help shape and enable great customer experience for our hardware and software products by providing program management support for our engineers. You will drive cross team collaboration, set up team processes and milestones, run sprints, track progress, dependencies, risks and manage communication and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Bring order and determine what need to be done in an uncertain and fluid environment;
• Drive software & hardware programs, define roadmap, track progress, remove roadblocks, identify and escalate risks and report progress to the management team;
• Be a key x-functional coordinator to enable seamless communication of risks, dependencies and schedules;
• Plan and manage the Engineering Team activities within new or existing hardware and software products;

Skills and abilities:

• 4 or more years of experience in Project Management;
• Strong advocate of Agile values and principles;
• Experience with Scrum and Scaled Agile implementations;
• Jira's knowledge + Jira apps for advance roadmaps tracking;
• English - upper intermediate (spoken and written). 

Would be a Plus: PMI or PMP certification
