We are looking to hire a talented and persuasive Sales Director to join our team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a talented sales team, and establishing strong partnerships with key clients and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, providing insights for product development and sales strategies.
• Implement sales processes, tools, and metrics to track and evaluate team performance.
• Streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness; implement sales automation tools and technologies as needed.
• Accurately forecast sales revenue and report on sales progress.
• Contributing to the discussions and research into Petcube’s overall business strategy.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, such as Marketing, Design, Operations, R&D, and Customer Support to ensure the company’s overall success.
