Sales Lead
Petcube, Inc. is a leading technology company that keeps people connected with their pets. It has emerged as a technology leader, claiming a new category of Connected Pet that’s defined at the intersection of Connected Home and Pet Care. We’re looking to hire a talented Sales Lead to join our growing Sales team. The right candidate is skilled in negotiations, goal-oriented, has excellent sales and leadership skills.
What you will do in a role like this:
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and forecasting;
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities;
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers;
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results;
- Work closely with the Head of Sales on the company strategy and development.
Skills we look for:
- At least 3+ years in sales, project management, client service and other related fields;
- Strong negotiations and communications skills;
- Demonstrated ability for research and analysis, quick learner;
- Ability to dive into a new area of knowledge and come back with a structured understanding that can be clearly communicated to the rest of the team;
- Experience with spreadsheets, basic financial modelling;
- Critical thinking; Excellent English.
Bonus points for:
- Understanding of Amazon sales mechanics;
- Understanding of Amazon and Google PPC campaigns mechanics;
- Strong reporting skills;
- Love for pets :)
