How do I cancel my Petcube Care subscription

In order to cancel your Petcube Care subscription you need to open Petcube app, go to the camera profile you wish to cancel the subscription for, tap the ‘Settings’ wheel in the upper right corner, select Motion & Sound Dretection, click on the current subscription at the top and hit Cancel subscription at the very bottom of the page.

Alternatively, you can log into your Petcube account on our website, go to Subscriptions tab, select your subscription and hit Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling the subscription does not refund the money paid, simply stops subscription from renewing.
