Petcube LED is blinking yellow and doesn’t turn white

There are two possible reasons for this:

1. Incorrect wi-fi password.
Here's what you need to do: Open the Petcube app on your phone, go to Settings, select Wi-Fi and follow the steps on the screen, making sure you enter the wi-fi password correctly.

2. You may be using either FIOS or Xfinity router and the router network security is set to default WEP encryption.
Unfortunately, Petcube Camera temporarily doesn't support the older and less secure WEP encryption mode so it's recommended to upgrade it to WPA/WPA2 in the router settings, which is a newer technology that aims to provide stronger wireless data encryption. Changing security encryption to WPA/WPA2 won’t require you to reconnect the devices back to the network.
What to do: either call your ISP or look at the bottom of your router, it usually has the login and password for router settings, or contact our 24/7 customer support line at 1-844-74-PCUBE or 1-844-747-2823 (toll-free within US and Canada) at the most convenient time.
